The factory is located at the Industrial Development Area, Edayar, in Ernakulam District, Kerala, which is the second largest industrial development area in Kerala, abutting the northern bank of river Periyar; the southern stretch opposite to it is shared by the industrial majors like Indian Rare Earths Ltd, Hindustan Insecticides Ltd, Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd, Travancore Cochin Chemicals Ltd etc. Most of the major Public Sector undertakings, including the Hindustan Machine Tools, Caprolactum etc. apart from those mentioned above, private industrial majors like Apollo Tyres Ltd, Indian Aluminium Co Ltd etc are situated around this area. Apart from numerous tiny and small scale industries, a handful of major industries are also there.
The location is accessible easily by road and river and is less than 10 KMs away from the Aluva Railway Station, hardly 4 KMs to the Kalamassery Railway station and 15 KMs from the Cochin International Airport.
Cee Jee Lubricants owns more than 7000 sq. metres of land here allotted to it by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Govt. of Kerala. The industry is set up here.
